Pigeons on the ledge, droppings on the balcony, a nest behind the AC unit. We inspect the spot, pick the right spikes and fit them properly, so birds stop landing and you stop cleaning up after them.

Bird spikes are rows of thin, blunt-tipped spikes fixed along the places birds like to land. They don’t hurt the birds. They just take away the flat, comfortable spot, so the birds move on.
In Dubai, the usual culprits are pigeons, with sparrows and other nuisance birds close behind. Once a pair settles on your building, they nest, roost and bring friends. Spikes work best when they go in early and in the right places, which is why we look at the property before we fit anything.
Pigeons nesting and perching on buildings: window ledges, balconies, roof edges, signs and AC units. If birds keep coming back to the same spot, that spot needs spikes.
A few birds can look harmless. A few months of droppings tell a different story.
Droppings are corrosive and can eat into stonework and metal. They also block drains, dirty balconies, damage paint and surfaces, and pile up around AC units and solar panels.
Droppings can carry disease-causing organisms. When they dry out and get disturbed, they can create contaminated dust. Nesting material and built-up waste also attract other pests.
Window ledges, balconies, roof edges, building signs, AC ledges, warehouses, restaurants and commercial facades.
There’s no single best spike. The right one depends on the surface, how exposed it is and how much you care how it looks. These are the three we install.

A lightweight, discreet option for suitable ledges. A good fit for sheltered balconies, small ledges and jobs where you want a lower-cost fix.

A durable option for demanding outdoor conditions. Our pick for exposed rooftops, parapets, signs and spots that take sun, wind and heavy bird traffic.

A clear or low-visibility base with spike strips. Useful on facades and finished surfaces, where you want the protection without a bulky look.
Not sure which one? We’ll recommend one at the inspection, based on where it goes and how long you need it to last. If your problem needs more than spikes, our bird control service covers the other options.
There isn’t one price. It depends on how many metres of ledge need covering, the type of spike, how hard the spot is to reach and the surface it’s fixed to. We measure first, then give you a clear quote.
The spikes have blunt tips and are built to stop birds landing, not to injure them. Our team works safely at height, and we explain what we’re fitting before we start.
Spikes need little care, but debris can build up over time. We can come back to check, clean and fix any damaged sections so they keep working.

Yes. The spikes have blunt tips and work by taking away the flat spot birds want to land on. They are not designed to injure birds. When they are correctly selected and installed, the birds simply move on to somewhere else.
It depends on where they go. Stainless steel suits exposed, demanding spots like rooftops, parapets and signs. Plastic is lightweight and discreet, and suits sheltered ledges and smaller jobs. Polycarbonate base spikes have a clear or low-visibility base, which helps on facades and finished surfaces. We recommend one at the inspection.
They do when they are fitted properly and cover the whole landing area. Pigeons will look for any gap, so the layout matters as much as the spike. If a spot needs more than spikes, our bird control service covers other options.
Small jobs like a single balcony or ledge are usually quick. Larger buildings, signs and facades take longer, especially if access is difficult. We give you an estimate when we measure the job.
Spikes sit and hold better on a clean surface, so we prepare the area first by clearing droppings and debris. We wear the right protective gear for this, because dried droppings can be a health risk.
Yes. Window ledges, balconies, roof edges, building signs, AC ledges, warehouses, restaurants and commercial facades are all places we fit spikes. We check the surface first to choose the right type.
Not much, but debris and nesting material can build up over time. We can come back to check the spikes, clean them and replace any damaged sections so they keep working.
